Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage
Google Ads
(Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Conduct
keyword research
, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for better conversions and ROI.
Manage
budget allocation
, bids, and daily ad spends efficiently.
Develop and implement
remarketing and lead generation strategies
.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
Track and report on
KPIs
such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
Stay up to date with the latest
digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
.
Ensure all campaigns comply with Google and Meta ad policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in
Google Ads and Meta Ads
campaign management.
Proficiency with
Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Certification in
Google Ads / Meta Ads
is an added advantage.
