Job Description

1. Digital Marketing Leadership


Experience: Minimum of 6-7 years in a digital marketing lead role, focusing on B2B.
Proven expertise in strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive B2B sales and enhance brand presence.
Ability to take on a senior marketing leadership role and directly contribute to business growth.

2. Digital Strategy Development


Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
Integrate multiple channels--SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing--into a cohesive plan to drive engagement and conversions.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


Conducted keyword research and optimized website content for improved search engine rankings.
Enhance organic traffic by improving website structure, meta-tags, and backlink strategies.

4. Paid Advertising Campaigns


Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, targeting B2B audiences.
Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI for advertising spend.

5. Social Media Management


Develop and maintain a strong online presence through active social media management.
Oversee content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms relevant to the target market.

6. Email Marketing


Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, incorporating segmentation and personalization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

7. Lead Generation and Nurturing


Design campaigns that generate high-quality leads for both B2B and B2C segments.
Implement lead nurturing strategies using tools like marketing automation platforms.

8. Content Marketing


Develop a content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
