We are seeking a creative and results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to manage and grow our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and support property sales and leasing through effective digital campaigns. The ideal candidate understands real estate marketing, audience targeting, and performance-driven advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property sales, rentals, and brand awareness Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create and manage paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads Optimize listings on property portals and company website Coordinate content creation (property posts, reels, videos, blogs, email campaigns) Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports Improve website traffic through basic SEO strategies Manage CRM leads and coordinate with sales teams Stay updated with real estate market trends and digital tools
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and lead generation Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills

Experience with property portals and real estate campaigns Video marketing and reel creation Email marketing and automation tools CRM or lead management systems
