Job Description

We are looking for a

result-oriented Digital Marketing professional

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who can

independently handle digital marketing projects

and

manage a small team when required

. The candidate should be confident in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting complete digital marketing campaigns while consulting with clients or internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage

end-to-end digital marketing projects independently

Handle

SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical, Content optimization)

completely Manage and optimize

Google Ads

(Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance campaigns) Manage

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

including creatives, targeting, and performance optimization Execute and manage

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

strategies across platforms Plan and execute

Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing campaigns

Create and maintain

weekly/monthly performance reports

with insights and action plans Use

latest AI tools

for content, creatives, analysis, automation, and productivity Coordinate with designers, content teams, or freelancers as needed Provide

client consulting, strategy explanations, and performance discussions

Stay updated with

latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of SEO (complete lifecycle)

Hands-on experience with: Google Ads & Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Social media platforms & scheduling tools Email campaign tools & WhatsApp marketing tools Experience in

performance tracking, analytics & reporting

Knowledge of

AI-based marketing tools

and automation Good understanding of

funnels, conversions, and ROI-driven marketing

Excellent

communication, presentation & consulting skills

Ability to

manage tasks, timelines, and teams independently

Preferred Qualities

Self-driven and responsible for project outcomes Problem-solving mindset Ability to handle multiple projects Client-facing experience is an added advantage
