Job Description

Objective



To plan, execute, and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns that generate quality B2B leads, enhance brand visibility, and support the global growth of TechDweep's automation and no-code services.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement

digital marketing strategies

aligned with company goals. Run and optimize

Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads

to generate qualified leads. Manage and update

website content, blogs, and landing pages

for relevant IT & automation keywords. Create, curate, and schedule

engaging content

across

LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube

. Monitor campaign performance and

analyze data using Google Analytics and platform dashboards

. Plan and execute

email marketing campaigns

and basic

lead nurturing workflows

using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Design

ad creatives and posts in Canva

while maintaining consistent branding. Collaborate with

sales, design, and technical teams

to support campaigns, case studies, and webinars. Research competitors and trends in

SaaS, automation, and no-code markets

to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-2 years of experience

in digital marketing or social media (preferably in

B2B or IT services

). Strong knowledge of

SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing

. Understanding of

social media strategy and content planning

. Excellent

communication and copywriting skills

. Familiarity with tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Canva

. A proactive, creative mindset with eagerness to experiment and learn.
