RBA Realtors is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and results-driven, with a proven track record of enhancing brand presence, generating quality leads, and executing successful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and paid platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) Create engaging content, including property videos and campaign visuals, to drive leads and engagement Monitor campaign performance and optimize for results Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Enhance RBA Realtors' brand presence and online visibility

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), and content creation Proven track record of generating leads and improving online engagement Creativity, proactiveness, and a results-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Punctual, disciplined, and committed to office timings Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
