Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and online research.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads.
Client Acquisition
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) to businesses.
Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and deliver tailored presentations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Convert leads into paying customers.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services.
Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
Suggest new strategies to improve sales performance.
Reporting & Coordination
Report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to management.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
