Key Responsibilities



Plan, create & manage

Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads

for D2C brands. Optimize campaigns for better ROI, CPL, CAC & overall performance. Conduct competitor research & audience analysis to improve targeting. Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and video briefs. Monitor daily campaign performance & prepare weekly/monthly reports. Manage landing pages, pixel setup, events tracking & analytics. Execute remarketing & retention campaigns. Work closely with the Performance Marketing Team on scaling strategies. Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and ad policies.

Requirements



1-2 years of experience in

Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

, specifically in D2C. Strong knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

. Understanding of e-commerce funnels, analytics & tracking tools. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Experience in basic copywriting is a plus. Good communication and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
