Serving as the main point of contact between clients and the agency Understanding the needs and goals of clients and building plans to achieve them Timely follow-ups with clients to ensure they're satisfied with the work being done Addressing concerns or issues clients may have and working with individual teams/employees or the senior management to resolve them Researching competitors and keeping up-to-date with trends and best practices to ensure client success Collaborating closely with internal teams to build strategies, program timelines and meet client expectations Creating Line-Ups & Content Buckets with the Content Team, Social Media Calendars, and
Reports

Discussing the reports and way forward with the clients based on the performance (as per the reports) during the month.
