Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Manage and strategically allocate a minimum monthly budget of ?5L to achieve ROI and CPA goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Monitor industry trends and competitor campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.
Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Manage remarketing, lookalike, and funnel-based targeting strategies.
Ensure alignment between paid media campaigns and overall brand objectives.
Requirements
:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid media.
Proven experience in handling ad budgets of ?5L+ per month.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
