As a Digital Marketing Executive (PPC Specialist), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance online brand visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design data-driven strategies, manage advertising budgets, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and other social channels. This role requires a deep understanding of both PPC and SEO principles, analytics, and hands-on campaign management experience.


Responsibilities
You will be working as a Digital Marketing Executive within the marketing team, contributing to overall brand awareness, traffic growth, and performance marketing activities. You would be required to participate in campaign planning, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.


Your key Responsibilities will include:



Developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions. Planning and managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conducting comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities. Managing both on-page and off-page SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and performance. Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Creating and maintaining performance reports using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio. Collaborating with content, design, and development teams to ensure best digital marketing practices are integrated into campaign assets. Staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising. Working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Assisting in A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking setup through Google Tag Manager. Required Skills

Primary Skills



Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in PPC (Google Ads, Social Media Ads). At least 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing execution. Strong understanding of SEO and PPC fundamentals, search engine algorithms, and paid advertising strategies. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Looker Studio. Excellent command over on-page and off-page SEO optimization techniques. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for SEO and tracking purposes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to campaign improvement.

Secondary Skills



Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and remarketing campaigns. Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Understanding of Google Data Studio / Looker dashboards for performance visualization. Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM integration. * Knowledge of eCommerce marketing and product feed optimization is a plus.
