We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to lead design initiatives from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms
Mentor junior designers and review their work
Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Experience working with developers in an agile environment
Knowledge of responsive design and design systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
