Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who can take charge of our entire digital presence - from creating engaging content and eye-catching designs to managing ad campaigns and optimizing our online visibility.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands healthcare marketing nuances, and can turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Content & Design

Create and edit high-quality videos (reels, testimonials, educational content, before-after cases) for social media and campaigns. Design graphics, banners, brochures, and social media creatives aligned with our brand identity. Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for website pages, blogs, and social media posts.
SEO & Web Presence

Perform on-page and off-page SEO for our website to improve search rankings. Optimize our Google Business Profile for better visibility and patient engagement.
Advertising & Campaigns

Plan, execute, and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. Create funnels and high-converting landing pages to maximize patient inquiries and conversions.
Performance Tracking

Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for better ROI. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep our brand ahead.
Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on skills in video editing, graphic designing, content writing, SEO, and ad management. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, Photoshop / Canva, WordPress / Webflow, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager. Strong understanding of healthcare or service-based business marketing (preferred). Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
