Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Business Development & Marketing Intern to support our growth efforts. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone eager to explore multiple facets of digital marketing and business development while contributing directly to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation:

Find and curate targeted email lists to drive outreach efforts.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed performance and activity reports for campaigns and initiatives.

Customer Support:

Handle basic customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Calendar Management:

Manage schedules for directors, including appointments and meetings.

Freelancing Platforms:

Assist with bidding on projects via Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

LinkedIn Marketing:

Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence through targeted campaigns.

Offline Marketing:

Coordinate and attend meetings within Chandigarh city for partnerships and collaborations.

Cold Calling:

Conduct cold calls to potential leads when required.

Editorial Tasks:

Oversee guest posting opportunities for the O'Coach blog and collaborate with content contributors.

What We're Looking For:

A motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Willingness to handle diverse tasks, including on-ground meetings and cold calling. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools. Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic startup environment.
