We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Digital Marketing Executive with team handling experience

to lead and coordinate our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing digital campaigns while also managing a team of marketing associates, content creators, designers, and social media specialists. You will play a critical role in driving online traffic, increasing brand visibility, and achieving business goals through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Lead and manage a digital marketing team, assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign elements. Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and skill development support to team members. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between design, content, and marketing teams to ensure unified campaign execution. Oversee the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and measure effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, etc., and prepare detailed reports for management. Manage and update company websites and social media profiles for brand consistency and audience engagement. Stay abreast of industry trends and digital marketing innovations to keep the team updated with best practices. Manage project timelines, budgets, and team resources effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience. Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, with strong leadership and project management skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CMS (e.g., WordPress). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
