Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and respond to comments and messages to improve engagement. Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

Lead Generation

Assist in generating leads through direct calls and maintaining a follow-up schedule. (10%of work schedule) Leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with potential leads. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through social media outreach and engagement. Update and manage lead databases with accurate details of potential clients.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve website rankings. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to drive organic traffic. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Blog Posting and Content Management

Research, write, and post engaging and SEO-optimized blog articles on the company website. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with business goals. Update older blog posts to keep them relevant and improve their search performance.

Email Marketing

Draft, design, and execute email campaigns to engage existing and prospective clients. Maintain and segment email databases for personalized targeting. Track email marketing performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, etc.).

E-Commerce Platform Handling

Manage product listings, descriptions, and updates on the e-commerce platform. Optimize the platform for search and user experience to boost conversions. Monitor and report on sales performance and identify trends.

General Marketing Support

Assist in brainstorming and implementing new strategies to drive digital growth. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
