Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for property launches, ongoing projects, and brand awareness.
Manage and optimize company presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms for lead generation.
Handle SEO (on-page & off-page) and ensure website ranking improvement for targeted keywords.
Coordinate with the design team to create engaging content, creatives, and videos.
Manage and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems.
Develop email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitors' digital strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns generate quality leads.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and Google Ads.
Experience in lead generation campaigns (preferably in real estate).
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
Knowledge of website management and WordPress (preferred).
