We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with an academic background in Biotech, Microbiology, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns targeting the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. This role blends scientific knowledge with marketing creativity, ensuring technical product information is communicated effectively to B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for nutraceutical products. Segment email lists by industry, interest, and engagement. Create accurate, engaging content, subject lines, and CTAs. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and QA/RA teams for compliance. Track performance metrics and suggest improvements. Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regulatory compliance. Maintain and update accurate email databases. Run A/B tests for content and layout optimization. Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Biotech, Microbiology, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm (mandatory). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex scientific/technical information. Knowledge of email marketing tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail and awareness of digital marketing trends in nutraceutical, pharma, and biotech.
