Navigator Realty is looking for a

Digital Marketing Executive - Real Estate

who can drive

quality leads for residential and commercial projects

through digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and social media management, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion support.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

campaigns for real estate projects Generate high-quality

property leads

and ensure proper lead tracking Work on

SEO activities

(on-page and basic off-page) to improve project visibility Manage and maintain company social media pages for real estate branding and promotions Create, schedule, and monitor property-related content and ad creatives Analyze campaign performance, CPL, and lead quality; prepare basic performance reports Coordinate closely with the

sales team

to ensure timely lead follow-ups and improve conversions
Candidate Requirements:

3 months to 1 year of experience in

digital marketing (real estate preferred)

Practical knowledge of

SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

Strong understanding of

online lead generation for property sales

Ability to independently manage company social media pages Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced real estate environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
