who is an expert in

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads & YouTube Ads

to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute & optimize

paid ad campaigns

across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search/Display, and YouTube. Create ad strategies to drive

traffic, leads & conversions

. Perform

A/B testing

of creatives, ad copies & targeting. Manage ad budgets effectively for maximum ROI. Monitor, analyze & report on ad performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager

. Stay updated with the latest

ad trends, bidding strategies & algorithm changes

. Coordinate with the content & design team for creative ad assets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in running

Meta Ads, Google Ads & YouTube Ads

. Strong understanding of

CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS & Funnel Marketing

. Proficiency in

Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads dashboard

. Excellent analytical & communication skills. Ability to work independently & deliver results.
