Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
Manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.) for optimal performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and performance specialists.
Serve as the primary contact for high-value clients, ensuring campaign success and retention.
Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams for integrated solutions.
Monitor KPIs (ROI, CAC, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Stay updated on AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and industry trends.
Contribute to agency branding through case studies, blogs, and webinars.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred).

SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic)
Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid)
Email & Content Marketing
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
