Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute a content calendar (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
Write captions and marketing copy to promote products/services
Monitor and respond to basic audience engagement (comments/messages), if required
Organic Marketing
Drive organic growth through consistent posting, hashtags, trends, and engagement strategies
Promote products online through content and community building
Track performance and improve reach and engagement
Paid Marketing
Plan, set up, and manage campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads, as applicable)
Run traffic, lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns
Monitor performance, optimize ads, and manage budgets effectively
Creative Assets
Create and deliver creatives such as
images, banners, ad creatives, thumbnails
, etc.
Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and campaigns
Come up with creative ideas for promotions and marketing campaigns
Reporting
Provide weekly reports on results (reach, engagement, leads, spend, ROI)
Share learnings and suggestions for improving performance
Required Skills
Experience handling social media accounts professionally
Strong knowledge of organic growth + paid advertising
Ability to create marketing creatives using
Canva / Adobe tools / similar
Understanding of audience targeting and ad optimization
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with Meta Ads is a plus
Experience with Google Ads is a plus
Prior experience promoting products/services online
Contract to Full-Time Conversion
This is a
2-month contract role (Monday to Saturday working)
Based on performance during the contract period, the candidate may be offered a
full-time position
Full-time salary will be decided based on performance and results delivered
