Digital Marketing Executive

to manage and grow their digital presence, engage online communities, and promote organizational events, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and comfortable working in a value-driven and community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Plan and publish regular content related to events, programs, activities, and announcements Create captions, posters, reels, short videos, and basic digital creatives Coordinate with internal teams for content planning and event calendars Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms Provide live digital coverage during key events and programs Update website content such as events, galleries, blogs, and announcements Support basic SEO activities to improve online visibility Monitor campaign and post performance and prepare monthly reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Ads Basic design skills (Canva preferred) Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to maintain professional, respectful, and value-based communication

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working with community-based, cultural, or value-driven organizations Creative mindset with attention to detail Calm, disciplined, and organized work approach Willingness to support events or campaigns beyond regular working hours when required
