1) Operating the backend panel related to order processing.
2) Make Sales invoices for orders.
3) Manage vendor payments.
4) Handle tasks related to accounting and settlements.
5) Handle final-stage customer queries received on WhatsApp and social media.
6) Do the Travel if needed within the city limits.
7) Ensure daily coordination with the warehouse/operations team for smooth order dispatch.
8) Monitor product listings, stock levels, and pricing updates, and ensure accuracy across all marketplaces.
9) Generate daily/weekly performance reports related to orders, returns, cancellations, and sales trends.
10) Maintain proper documentation and follow SOPs for all e-commerce processes.
11) Coordinate with courier partners regarding pickups, delivery issues, and return shipments.
12) Ensure timely TAT for all customer-related escalations.
13) Assist in onboarding new products--images, descriptions, catalog uploads.
14) Maintain confidentiality and high accuracy while handling payments, settlements, and invoices.
15) Work closely with management to optimize operations and reduce operational errors.
16) Should have strong Excel skills and be comfortable working with data and reports.
Qualification:
Bachelor in Mass Media / Equivalent Digital Marketing Degree.

Excellent communication both oral and written in English, Hindi and Marathi
Knowledge of any foreign language will be preferred
