Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Performance Marketing



Run paid ads on

Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn

specifically for real-estate projects. Optimize campaigns for

CPL, conversions, and lead quality

. Track daily budgets, monitor KPIs, and share weekly performance reports.

Social Media Management



Plan and execute monthly content calendars for

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

. Create reels, property showcase posts, project highlight creatives, and trend-based content. Engage with comments, messages, and queries to maintain brand presence.

Website & SEO



Update project pages, landing pages, and property information. Coordinate with SEO team/agency for

on-page, off-page, and local SEO

. Maintain property listings on

99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com

, etc.

Content & Creative Coordination



Work with designers for ad creatives, banners, brochures, walkthrough content. Draft engaging captions, ad copies, and emailers tailored for real-estate buyers.

CRM & Data Handling



Manage leads on CRM systems (NoBroker, Sell.do, Leadsquared, or in-house). Track lead stage movement and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups. Maintain accurate lead dashboards and MIS reports.

Market & Competitor Research



Keep an eye on competitor campaigns, market pricing, trending projects, and digital strategies. Suggest upgrades in branding and digital approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,140.59 per month
