Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Digital Marketing Executive

to manage our brand's digital presence. This is a

full-time on-site role

based in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The candidate will handle

social media management, SEO, influencer marketing

, and other day-to-day marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Create and manage daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos) Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement Run paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms Follow trends to boost reach and engagement

2. SEO & Website Optimization

Perform on-page and off-page SEO Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Improve website rankings, traffic, and visibility Coordinate with content/design team for SEO improvements

3. Influencer & Collaboration Marketing

Identify, shortlist, and connect with influencers Negotiate deliverables and manage the full campaign Track output, performance, and ROI Maintain relationships and creator database

4. Additional Marketing Responsibilities

Support campaigns for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online promotions Execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns Assist with monthly planning and content strategies Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports

Required Skills

0.6 - 1 years of experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, and e-commerce Basic design skills (Canva preferred) Strong communication, creativity, and execution skills Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
