About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing online presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure ROI and cost efficiency.
2. Social Media Management
Develop content calendars and manage social media accounts.
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements.
Track organic rankings and website analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
4. Content Creation & Marketing
Write and edit content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
Collaborate with designers to produce creatives, banners, videos, and other digital collaterals.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Build automated workflows, manage subscriber lists, and track engagement metrics.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Use analytics tools to measure performance of digital campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, and should be well-versed with AI tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Salary: 18,000/- to 35,000/- [ Depending on the interview ]
