Digital Marketing Executive

to support our online presence, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Website Design & Maintenance:

Update and manage the company website (content, layout, and basic design changes). Improve user experience (UX) through regular updates and optimization. Assist in resolving minor website-related issues.

2. Social Media Management:

Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan and create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. Monitor insights, growth, and engagement metrics. Coordinate monthly social media calendars.

3. Content Creation & Blogging:

Write SEO-optimized blog posts and website articles. Research industry trends and create meaningful, high-quality content. Assist in writing captions, product descriptions, and marketing content.

4. Video Editing & Graphic Design:

Edit short videos for promotions, product demos, and marketing campaigns. Create graphics, banners, and marketing creatives using Canva or AI tools.

5. Excel & Data Reporting:

Maintain digital marketing data such as campaign performance, reach, website analytics, and social media insights. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

6. Email Marketing:

Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns. Track open rates, click-through rates, and optimize email content.

7. AI-Based Image Creation:

Use AI tools (DALLE, Canva, etc.) to create engaging designs. Customize templates for posts, ads, and promotional material.

8. Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

Support day-to-day marketing operations. Participate in brainstorming meetings and coordinate with the marketing team.

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers can apply). Understanding of social media platforms and trends. Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress preferred). Knowledge of SEO, content writing, and creative copywriting. Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). Proficiency in MS Excel, Canva, and AI-based tools. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Must be based in Pune.
