Key Responsibilities:

Website and Digital Management: Take full ownership of the company website, including content updates, design changes, and performance monitoring.

Marketing and Advertising: Plan and execute all marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, and promotional materials.

Create compelling marketing collateral and refine product messaging.

Exhibition Coordination: Take full responsibility for company participation in exhibitions, from planning and logistics to on-site representation and follow-up.

Lead and Data Management: Collect, organise, and analyse data on potential customers. Develop and maintain a database of leads and enquiries.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay informed about industry trends, particularly within the engineering sector.

Performance Analysis: Use data analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-backed recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a marketing or promotional role.

Demonstrable skills in managing websites and digital marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate insights.

Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a significant plus.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
