Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Gulmohartree's digital presence across all online platforms. This includes social media management, content creation, campaign execution, influencer collaboration, and digital performance tracking.
This role demands a mix of creativity, analytics, and brand understanding -- someone who can translate Ayurveda's depth into engaging modern digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
Develop and execute digital strategies across
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
, and other platforms.
Plan and manage
monthly content calendars
aligned with product launches, brand themes, and campaigns.
Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and content pieces for posts, reels, and stories.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Content Creation & Coordination:
Work with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to produce creative content.
Ideate and manage
short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
that communicates Ayurveda in a relatable way.
Collaborate with Ayurvedic experts and internal teams to ensure authenticity and accuracy of messaging.
Performance & Campaign Management:
Plan and execute
paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
for awareness and conversions.
Track analytics, report performance, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and ROI.
Manage website updates, SEO efforts, and blog coordination if applicable.
Influencer & Brand Collaboration:
Identify and connect with influencers or digital creators aligned with Ayurvedic and wellness values.
Manage collaborations, barter deals, and partnerships for content amplification.
Market Insight & Trends:
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and Ayurvedic/wellness content trends.
Experiment with new digital tools, formats, and strategies to grow brand visibility organically.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in
digital marketing or social media management
.
Strong understanding of
Instagram and Meta ecosystem
and how to grow a brand organically.
Creative mindset with a solid grasp of design aesthetics and storytelling.
Familiarity with
SEO, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and content scheduling tools
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for Ayurveda, health, and wellness is a big plus.
