Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

to manage our online presence and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent branding and engagement. Manage and optimize company website content for SEO and user experience. Create engaging content (posts, videos, blogs, reels, etc.) for digital and social media platforms. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and improve organic search performance. Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure marketing goals are aligned. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage email marketing campaigns and ensure effective audience segmentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing or a related field. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools. Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing. Experience in B2B or manufacturing industry marketing (if relevant). Familiarity with CRM and email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
