We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click). The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads and Google Ads) to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
Conduct detailed keyword research and develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Design and run A/B tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
Key Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (AdWords) platforms
Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
Expertise in PPC strategies and campaign optimization
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred)
Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results
