Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
Develop and
execute creative reels and video content
to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance, and analyze social media insights.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms to increase reach and conversions.
Prepare
cost estimations and self-costing for marketing activities
, ensuring budget efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign ideas, content creation, and brand promotion.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
1-5 years of proven experience
in digital marketing, social media handling, and content creation.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other social media platforms.
Hands-on experience in
reel making, video editing, and creative content design
.
Ability to handle self-costing, budgeting, and ROI measurement for marketing activities.
Enthusiastic, creative, and up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
