Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

:

Digital Campaign Management



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and optimize based on insights.

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversions.

SEO & SEM



Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Optimize website content and structure for improved organic visibility.

Manage and track Google Search Console and Analytics data to improve rankings.

Content Marketing



Coordinate with content writers and designers to develop high-quality content for blogs, email newsletters, social media, etc.

Ensure content aligns with brand tone and SEO strategy.

Promote content through social media and other distribution channels.

Social Media Management



Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns to attract and engage followers.

Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth).

Email Marketing



Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, etc.).

Segment email lists based on user behavior and engagement.

Measure open rates, CTRs, and conversion performance.

Analytics and Reporting



Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc. to monitor traffic, engagement, and campaign performance.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Website Management



Assist with maintaining the website (content updates, landing page creation, etc.).

Collaborate with developers or web admins to implement changes and improvements.

Ensure website is mobile-friendly and optimized for user experience (UX).

Market Research and Trend Monitoring



Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and web analytics.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
