Reply to:

DMs, comments, reviews, and customer messages.

Note down serious leads in Lead Sheet (Name, Number, Inquiry, Platform).

Review Meta Business Suite Insights (yesterday's reach, engagement).

Purpose: Inbox clear, customer queries answered, yesterday's performance tracked.

Content Planning, Design & Publishing

Check Content Calendar ?

identify today's post/reel.

If not planned ? decide content type (Machine Feature / Customer Testimonial / Behind-the-Scenes / Quote).

Write caption + hashtags (English + Hindi/Marathi if needed).

Design post/reel cover/story in Canva/Photoshop.

Edit customer testimonial/reel (if available).

Publish on:



Instagram Feed + Story

Facebook Page

WhatsApp Business Status

YouTube Shorts (if video available)

Purpose:



One fresh content goes live daily across all company platforms.

Lead Follow-up & WhatsApp Marketing

Reply to all inquiries (today + pending from yesterday).

Forward serious leads to Sales team.

Send brochures/demo video links to new prospects.

Update Lead Sheet with new inquiries.

If scheduled ? Send WhatsApp Broadcast (festival creative/product update)

Purpose:



Timely follow-up ensures no lead is missed and prospects receive required information.

Deep Creative Work

Focus on bigger creative/design tasks, such as:

Brochures & Banners (print/digital).

Exhibition/Expo creative materials.

Instagram Carousels (multi-slide posts).

Blog Drafts (SEO-friendly content).

YouTube Long Demo Video Editing.

Purpose: Dedicated block for high-value, time-intensive projects that build brand identity.

Quick Engagement (15 min)

Like, comment & engage with nursery/farming-related pages.

Follow back potential customers.

Share 1 motivational/inspirational quote/story.

Purpose: Maintain active industry presence and community connection.

Secondary Content Creation & Prep

Prepare tomorrow's post (design or video draft ready today).

Translate captions into Hindi/Marathi if required.

Save finalized drafts in Content Calendar.
