Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Ads). Manage company website, blog, and social media platforms to ensure up-to-date and engaging content. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives, banners, and posts. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows. Research and stay updated with digital marketing trends, new tools, and competitor strategies. Generate reports and present campaign performance to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing. Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
