Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of running high-performing ad campaigns, managing CRM platforms, and driving conversions through performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in running paid campaigns, funnel optimization, and user engagement strategies across multiple channels
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
? Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation and app installs.
? Execute App Campaigns to drive installs, engagement, and in-app conversions.
? Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROAS, and reduce CPA.
CRM & User Engagement:
? Manage WhatsApp, SMS, and Email campaigns to re-engage and convert users.
? Build customer journeys and funnels to maximize retention and repeat usage.
? Work with CRM tools (e.g., Netcore, Clevertap, Inerakt) for automation and personalization.
Content Collaboration:
? Work closely with the content team to develop ad creatives, engaging hooks, and copy that convert.
? Contribute ideas for landing page optimization and ad storytelling.
Shopify & D2C Sales:
? Manage Shopify store campaigns to boost sales.
? Track purchase funnels and optimize checkout conversions.
Analytics & Funnel Tracking:
? Analyze marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.
? Generate performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of funnel building and conversion tracking.
Experience with CRM automation platforms (WhatsApp, Email, SMS).
Knowledge of Shopify / eCommerce marketing.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel.
Creative thinking for hooks, ad copy, and campaign strategy.
