Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to develop and execute our company's social media strategy. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the company's marketing and business objectives. Manage all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms. Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement, increase followers, and generate leads. Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms. Create, execute, and monitor paid ad (meta & google) strategies to drive traffic and conversions Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and engagement

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
