Drive
lead generation
campaigns specifically for real estate projects and track ROI.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Handle social media management, content planning, and community engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
Create and manage engaging content (ads, creatives, videos, blogs) aligned with brand positioning.
Coordinate with creative, sales, and external agencies/vendors for campaign execution.
Manage marketing budgets, track spends, and ensure cost-effective digital promotions.
Research competitors and market trends to optimize strategies.
Support offline marketing and event promotions with digital amplification.
Desired Skills & Competencies
2-4 years of proven experience in
digital marketing
(real estate industry experience preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of
SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, LinkedIn campaigns

Strong knowledge of
Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and marketing automation
