WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Key person in charge of executing the company's digital marketing campaigns; is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process
Works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Management
Increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with close analytics of the funnel across various platforms
Setting up of the entire Digital Marketing practice, building a Team for execution
Handholding & training them and putting it on an auto Mode
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
New Leads Generation : Campaign planning & execution, with close analytics of the funnel across various platforms
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Setting up a practice of Data & Analytics driven Marketing function, leading to a profitable unit matrix.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Manage the overall sales number for all the online sales being generated by the company
