Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field (Certification in Digital Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and product highlights.
Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and increase community engagement.
2. Content Creation & Campaigns:
Develop creative content (text, graphics, and videos) for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Work closely with the design and sales team to align content with branding and marketing goals.
Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
3. Website & SEO Management:
Update and maintain website content including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
4. Lead Generation & Email Marketing:
Plan and execute digital lead generation strategies through targeted campaigns.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
Track leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report performance of digital campaigns and website traffic.
Use insights to optimize strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
Maintain monthly reports on ROI and KPIs of digital efforts.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM), SEO, and Google Ads
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content planning tools
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret digital data effectively
Preferred Experience:
Experience in handling digital marketing for manufacturing, furniture, or B2B industries is a plus
Understanding of branding and visual aesthetics related to interiors, workspace design, or architecture will be an added advantage
