Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create, plan, and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Paid Advertising:

Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI. Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis.

Graphic Designing:

Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

Website Design and Development:

Design, develop, and maintain websites, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendliness. Collaborate with teams to update content and optimize for SEO.

Content Creation and Writing:

Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts, website content, and ad copy. Create compelling content for email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Marketing Strategy:

Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to implement innovative strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, IT, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing and related fields. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Strong understanding of website design and development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred). Hands-on experience in running paid ads on Google and Facebook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
