Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies, as well as strong analytical and creative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
SEO and SEM Management:
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and insights.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce relevant and engaging marketing materials.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website and campaign performance.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on digital marketing performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Certification in Google Analytics or Google AdWords.
Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
