to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, SEO optimization, content writing, and social media marketing
. A creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital trends is essential to strategize and execute impactful campaigns that drive student enrollments and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, Video) to generate qualified leads and maximize ROI.
Plan and execute
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creatives, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Perform
on-page and off-page SEO optimization
for the company website to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
Develop, implement, and manage
digital marketing strategies across social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics of campaigns using tools like
Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Search Console
, suggesting actionable insights for improvement.
Research and implement
creative advertising ideas and strategies aligned with current social media and digital trends
.
Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling
creatives, ad copies, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional content
.
Assist in
content writing and content marketing
, including website blogs, course pages, social media posts, and ad copies as required.
Manage and grow
WhatsApp Marketing campaigns and broadcast strategies
for lead nurturing and conversions.
Perform
basic video editing
for promotional reels, shorts, and ad videos using tools like Canva, InShot, or similar (good to have).
Stay updated with
latest trends, best practices, algorithm changes
, and emerging platforms in digital marketing.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to ensure
lead quality, nurturing, and conversion optimization
.
Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
Leads Generated:
Number and quality of leads generated through paid and organic campaigns.
Cost Per Lead (CPL):
Efficiency in reducing CPL while maintaining lead quality.
Conversions:
Leads converted into enrollments/sales through digital efforts.
Website Traffic Growth:
Increase in organic and paid website traffic.
Keyword Ranking Improvements:
SEO performance in targeted keywords.
ROI of Ad Campaigns:
Return on ad spend (ROAS) for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Social Media Engagement:
Growth in followers, engagement rates, and reach across platforms.
Content Output Quality & Consistency:
Creativity, originality, and alignment with brand voice in ad copies and posts.
Campaign Innovation:
Implementation of creative and trend-based campaigns that outperform past benchmarks.
Timeliness & Reporting:
Timely execution of campaigns and submission of performance reports with insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
1-4 years of proven experience
in digital marketing, preferably in the
EdTech or IT Training & Placement industry
.
Strong expertise in
Google Ads campaign management
, including keyword planning, ad copies, bid management, and conversion tracking.
Proven experience in
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
Hands-on experience in
SEO strategies and website optimization
(technical & content-based).
Knowledge of
social media marketing trends, tools, paid promotions, and organic strategies
.
Good to have
content writing and content marketing skills
for digital platforms.
Familiarity with
email marketing tools
(Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) for newsletters and lead nurturing campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinking with the ability to design out-of-the-box marketing campaigns.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) will be an advantage.
Certification in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing
will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Previous work experience in an
EdTech company focused on IT Training & Placement
will be highly preferred.
