We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing across various platforms. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.
Create and manage content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, technology, and industry developments.
Manage and maintain digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and present findings to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and results-driven initiatives.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) is desirable.
