: Digital Marketing Executive
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing
Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital
marketing and possess a strong understanding of various digital platforms and
strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness,
engagement, and conversion.
2. Manage and optimize digital channels including but not limited to social media, email
marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
3. Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social
media posts, videos, and graphics.
4. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns
and identify areas for improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and
implement innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and design to
ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
and differentiation.
8. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital
marketing initiatives as needed.
9. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and
recommendations for optimization.
10. Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across
multiple channels.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or
related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, email
marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
3. Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook
Insights, and SEMrush.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
compelling content for digital platforms.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven
environment.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
8. Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or
Marketo is a plus.
9. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook
Blueprint) are desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
