Run B2B lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, IndiaMART, and other directories.
Identify potential importers/distributors in target countries.
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Design basic creatives or coordinate with designers.
Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
Send regular marketing emails/newsletters to buyers.
Use WhatsApp Business for sharing brochures and pricing.
CRM Handling:
Update product pages, case studies, and buyer testimonials.
Manage leads through CRM tools (Apollo, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Key Skills:
Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
CRM and email marketing tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sendinblue)
Export-import industry knowledge is a plus
Incentive Structure:
Lead Quality Bonus:
?1,000 - ?2,000/month based on number of qualified leads handed over to BDM.
Campaign Success Bonus:
?5,000/quarter for meeting ad performance KPIs (CTR, CPL, etc.).
Annual Bonus:
Up to ?15,000 based on branding goals and traffic growth.
