Job Description

Role Responsibilities:



Create and manage ads on Meta and Google. Analyze and optimize ad performance using data from ads platforms, Google Analytics, and Shopify. Experiment with different approaches, document results and use these insights to improve ad performance. Schedule and post on social media as per the content calendar.

Core Role Requirements:



Candidate mustbe familiar with the Facebook Ads Manager And Google Ads platforms. They should know how to create and edit ads / adsets and understand the various parameters available to optimize ads. 1+ years of experience in Facebook Marketing.

Bonus Requirements:



Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Business Administration or related field [strongly preferred]. Experience with Google Analytics. Understands the role of UTM parameters in Facebook ads and how they can be used to derive insights from GA. Experience with other forms of marketing like email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO etc Candidate has a strong analytical mindset and uses data to drive decisions. Passionate to work in a fast-moving environment where the business needs are constantly evolving.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
