We are hiring a
Digital Marketing Executive - Meta
who can focus on
high-volume, high-quality lead generation
through Facebook and Instagram ads. This role is ideal for energetic freshers who are confident, target-driven, and eager to scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage
Meta lead generation campaigns
Generate
maximum qualified leads at optimal CPL
Continuously optimize ads, targeting, creatives, and budgets
Scale winning campaigns to achieve
big lead counts
Coordinate with design/content team for high-converting creatives
Track daily leads, cost, and conversion performance
Prepare performance reports and insights
Key Expectations
Strong focus on
lead volume and performance
Ability to handle targets and daily lead goals
Data-driven approach to optimization and scaling
Hunger to learn, test, and improve results
Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (Marketing background preferred)
Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
Certification or internship in Meta ads is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented attitude
