Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads

campaigns.

Job Role

We are hiring a

results-driven digital marketer

to run high-converting paid ad campaigns. You'll work closely with our creative and sales teams to generate quality leads and optimize our online funnels.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Running and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) Tracking and improving key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS) Researching audiences, interests, and keyword strategies A/B testing creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnels Setting up and maintaining pixels, events, and analytics Generating performance reports and providing actionable insights Coordinating with the design team to create ad assets
Requirements

Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta and Google platforms Strong understanding of ad targeting, remarketing, and funnel strategy Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics Ability to read data and optimize campaigns for lead generation Creative mindset and attention to detail Basic knowledge of fitness or wellness niche is a bonus Ability to work independently and deliver results Malayalam language skills are a plus but not mandatory
